Galleria Woods is seeking a Part-Time RN Nurse Supervisor every other weekend to join our compassionate team in our 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your skills are valued and appreciated. What You’ll Do: Supervise and lead assigned nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care. Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain compliance. Provide direct nursing care and respond to resident health changes. Administer medications and perform first aid as needed. Audit resident records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Communicate daily with the Director of Health Services. Ensure emergency procedures are understood and followed. Uphold resident rights and facility quality standards. What You’ll Need: Current RN license in the State of Alabama. Minimum 6 months of nursing and supervisory experience (geriatric care preferred). Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
