• Career Growth If selected for this exciting role, you'll be responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of innovative production equipment, with components including 480v 3-phase motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Paid training both at our North American headquarters and on the job site will keep you up to date on the latest technology and enhance your existing knowledge.
• Compensation and Benefits Fosber America, Inc. offers competitive pay and an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation & holidays, and educational assistance. Annual compensation is between $95,000-$100,000+, based on experience.

Qualifications/ Requirements: Electro-Mechanical Technician

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment in industrial or automotive industries (or equivalent education)
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with a "hands on" approach to problem solving.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Degree in electro-mechanical technology, automotive technology, electrical, or related field is a plus, but Fosber is willing to train the right candidate regardless of degree completion.
• Ability to travel heavily during first several months for training. Position will be onsite near home location after initial training, 50 hour weeks, primarily day-shift, with some weekends
