BCBA Clinical Supervisor – Remote, Hybrid & Senior Opportunities Available Location: Riverside, CA. Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Salary Range: $84,000 – $103,000 (based on experience, role, region) Employment Bonus: $10,000 (once upon hiring). Also up to $6,000 performance bonuses. Other Compensation: $1,000 CEU stipend, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401(K) retirement, mileage and phone reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program. What you’ll do Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors. Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families. Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are. Deliver meaningful parent training and support. Stay hands‑on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals. Role requirements Active BCBA certification. Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration. Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
