Job Title Indirect - Administrative/Clerical/Customer Service – Mental Health Specialist Role Summary Unwavering Commitment! We are looking for you on our team. This Mental Health Specialist delivers comprehensive services to clients in the community, aiding in addiction or mental health recovery. They assist the Program Manager, ensuring organized documentation and providing administrative support. As the initial point of contact for clients, they create a welcoming environment, offer information, supplies, and travel assistance, contributing significantly to the team's functioning. Flexible days and hours may be required to meet community needs, with the team sharing on‑call responsibilities. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive services to clients in the community, supporting addiction or mental health recovery. Assist the Program Manager with documentation and administrative support. Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming environment. Provide information, supplies, and travel assistance to clients. Collaborate with team members and share on‑call responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma or GED. Valid Texas Driver’s License.
