Regional Property Manager

Regional Property Manager | Multifamily & Townhomes Blayze Group is partnering with a Dallas-based real estate business to appoint an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee residential properties across Texas, including multifamily communities and townhomes . This role will suit someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager , a strong understanding of residential property operations, and the ability to lead teams across multiple locations. Based in Dallas, you will work closely with onsite teams and senior leadership to maintain property standards, support leasing performance, and manage the day-to-day operational and financial performance of the portfolio. The Role You will take responsibility for property performance across multiple residential communities, providing clear direction to onsite teams and ensuring a consistent standard of service for residents. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing operations across a portfolio of multifamily and townhome properties Leading, supporting, and holding onsite property management teams accountable Monitoring occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, and resident retention Managing property budgets, operating expenses, and financial reporting Reviewing property performance and implementing improvement plans Overseeing maintenance standards, vendor performance, and property presentation Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of onsite staff Managing escalated resident issues professionally Conducting regular property visits to assess operations and team performance Providing clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership The position involves regular travel to properties across Texas , so candidates must be comfortable overseeing multiple locations. Travel expenses will be covered. What They Are Looking For The key requirement is at least 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager , with a background in residential property management. You will also bring: Experience overseeing multiple residential communities, ideally including multifamily and townhomes Strong leadership skills and experience managing onsite property teams A sound understanding of leasing, occupancy, operating budgets, and property financials The ability to identify underperformance and take practical corrective action Strong organization and the ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio A polished, professional approach when representing the business with residents, vendors, and senior stakeholders Clear communication and a hands-on approach to supporting teams Willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas The Opportunity You will be joining a business that can provide: $100,000 to $120,000 base salary Paid travel expenses A Dallas-based regional role overseeing residential properties across Texas Exposure to both multifamily communities and townhome properties Responsibility for portfolio performance and onsite team development The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence how communities are managed For an experienced Regional Property Manager who enjoys developing teams and improving residential property performance, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a varied Texas portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blayze Group
