First-year earning potential when goals are met: $130,000+

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their life insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the process of selecting appropriate coverage options and financial protection plans.
• Collaborate with experienced mentors to enhance your understanding of insurance products and services.
• Participate in structured training sessions to develop your skills in client service and insurance sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering consistent and reliable service.
• Assist clients in planning for retirement and developing wealth-building strategies.
• Work closely with team members to share insights and improve service delivery collectively.

• Ability to engage with clients and understand their unique life insurance needs.
• Experience in providing tailored solutions that align with clients' financial goals.
• Proven track record of building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
