Now Hiring: On-Site Apartment Manager
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and responsible On-Site Manager for a 30-unit apartment building.
The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and able to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property while maintaining a positive living environment for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Handle resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate repairs and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of the property and common areas.
- Assist with rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances, as assigned.
- Help manage move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections.
- Communicate with ownership regarding property needs and issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Able to handle resident concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Previous apartment management or property management experience preferred.

- Compensation: Negotiable
