Export Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Coordinator to manage export operations and support strategic customer accounts. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end shipment execution, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned strategic accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between customers, carriers, and logistics partners
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end export shipments (air and ocean), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare, review, and distribute all required export documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Provide competitive air and ocean freight quotations tailored to customer requirements
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (TSA, ISO, TAPA, IMDG, etc.)
• Utilize internal systems and software to manage daily shipment operations
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business development
• Meet and exceed KPIs and operational performance standards
• Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and overall team development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation (freight forwarding preferred)
• Strong knowledge of export operations, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/supply chain software systems
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Authorized to work in the United States
