What You Will Do: Act as a steward and champion of our Principle Based Management® (PBM) culture, helping leaders improve business results through effective application of PBM principles. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders,developingeffective working relationships, trust, and credibility with business and HR stakeholders toadvance thebusinessvision,strategic priorities, business resultsandorganizational capability. Understand key drivers of business performance, how talent and culture contribute to those drivers, and partner with business leaders to deliver results. Coachand respectfully challengeleaders through organizational change, communication, talent development, and decision-making using Principle Based Management® (PBM). Identify talent and capability gaps, partneringwith leaders to develop and execute plans to close gaps. Design and implement talent strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees. Who You Are: Experience influencing and coachingleadersandsupervisors Experience leveraging culture as an enabler to reach desired business results Experience using data and insights to inform business decisions and talent strategies. Experience implementing talent initiatives to accelerate achievement of business results Experience leading through organizational change with resilience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
