New Grad RN Residency

HealthONE is seeking New Grad RN Residents to join our comprehensive nurse residency program in Denver. In this full-time role, you’ll provide direct patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors while developing clinical judgment, time-management, and communication skills. Residents rotate through key units, participate in structured classroom and simulation learning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll document care accurately, support patient and family education, uphold safety and infection control standards, and contribute to a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement.
