Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and nursing best practices. Your role involves assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care accurately. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, respond promptly to patient needs, and educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly. Perform medical procedures, monitor responses, and document care thoroughly. Respond to patient requests proactively, delivering compassionate care. Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and follow-up steps. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license with Associate Degree. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
