Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehabilitation located in Snyder, Texas. This position involves executing therapy plans to improve patients' motor skills and coordination, teaching Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), instructing on adaptive equipment use, and documenting patient progress. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Snyder, Texas


• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Two years of Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) experience in long-term care (LTC) setting, Texas or compact license, and Director of Record (DOR) experience preferred


• Preferred Qualifications: DOR experience


• Additional Information: The role includes preparing treatment areas, equipment cleaning, and administrative duties such as scheduling and billing.


• Submission Requirements: Two years of OTA experience in LTC setting, valid Texas or compact license, and DOR experience preferred.
