We specialize in commercial projects — offices, schools, retail spaces, medical facilities, and large-scale interiors/exteriors. Ideal Candidate Profile: 0–3 years of painting experience. You show up on time and take responsibility for your work. You’re detail-oriented and understand that prep quality defines final results. You follow direction and respect site leadership. You are comfortable working in active commercial environments. You follow safety rules at all times (PPE, ladders, lifts, jobsite protocols). You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. You can pass background checks. What You’ll Do: Assist in surface preparation: masking, sanding, patching, caulking. Apply commercial coatings under supervision (interior & exterior). Help maintain clean, organized, and compliant job sites. Follow scope of work and production standards. Learn to work efficiently while maintaining quality. Support the crew leader in delivering projects on schedule.
