More families are choosing to receive care at home, and Concierge Care is looking for qualified caregivers to help meet that growing need. We are seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) who enjoy providing compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes.

Our scheduling team is currently filling multiple client openings throughout the Jacksonville area. Whether you're available for a few shifts each week or looking to build a fuller schedule, we have a variety of opportunities available.

Our clients require caregivers for a variety of schedules, including:

• Morning care
• Afternoon visits
• Evening coverage
• Overnight shifts
• Weekday assignments
• Weekend assignments
• Extended-hour cases
• 24-hour care teams
• Ongoing PRN schedules
• Clients needing up to 40 hours each week

• $18–$22 per hour (higher rates available for select assignments)
• Weekly pay through direct deposit
• W-2 employment
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• Multiple active client openings

• $100 Sign-On Bonus (after bonus eligibility requirements are met)
• Dedicated office staff ready to support you
• No personal liability insurance required

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
