Journeyman Electrician

Design Solutions and Integration (DSI) is an employee‑owned company that provides automation, electrical, and mechanical services to major energy partners. This position is located in Stanley, North Dakota and involves working in the Bakken Basin oil fields installing VFDs and other electrical equipment. We are looking for self‑motivated, assertive, and dependable individuals. Typical Journeyman earnings are nearly $200,000 when base, overtime, and per diem are accounted for. Responsibilities Configure and wire various brands of AC/DC controllers and VFDs. Read and apply electrical schematics to design, bend, and fill conduit to code specifications. Work outdoors in oil‑field environments. Qualifications Valid North Dakota Journeyman Electrician license or a reciprocal state license. Valid driver’s license. Team oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Eligible for EOE policies and a drug‑free workplace. Must hold an Electrical Journeyman license in one of the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming. Schedule 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Hours may extend to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week if workloads demand. Compensation $44–$50 per hour, plus a daily per diem of $115. Housing can be provided in lieu of the per diem.
