Senior Coordinator, Accounting - Pharmacy Returns

Position Summary The Senior Coordinator, Accounting - Pharmacy Returns is responsible for the accounting, analysis, reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation activities related to pharmacy waste and returns. Pharmacy returns are processed through a third‑party return processor. This role serves as a key business partner, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely vendor settlements, accounts receivable management, and reserve oversight. This position supports pharmacy returns accounting across all lines of business, including Retail, MinuteClinic, Caremark, Coram, and Oak Street Health . The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access. Knowledge of accounting and finance principles, including account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience working with SAP and Fiori applications. Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
