You'll spend your shifts out in the community working alongside a teammate, meeting different customers, and helping clear out homes and businesses. It's a combination of driving, customer service, sales, and physical work. Here's What You Can Expect: $29-$33/hr average earnings with hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses Paid training to get you comfortable with the role Full-time and part-time schedules Performance incentives and team rewards Hands-on customer service and sales experience An active workday outside of a traditional office setting Opportunities to develop and move into larger roles Your Day Will Include: Meeting customers at homes and businesses Learning what they need removed and walking them through our service Providing pricing and helping customers make decisions Driving between appointments throughout your route Removing furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items Safely lifting and carrying items weighing 75+ lbs Finding opportunities to donate or recycle reusable items Keeping in touch with dispatch as the day progresses You'll Need To: Be 21 years of age or older Have a valid California driver's license Maintain a clean driving history for the previous 3 years Be comfortable with customer-facing conversations Be capable of performing physical work throughout your shift Be dependable and work well alongside others Have availability for at least one weekend day Have a smartphone capable of downloading company apps Experience in delivery, customer service, retail, sales, warehouse, moving, hospitality, landscaping, operations, construction, or general labor can translate well to what we do. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is an At-Will employer Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records #GJWC #J-18808-Ljbffr
