Cranberry Township, PA Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. or Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend
Starting Pay: $16.74/hour - $20.00/hour; Depending on experience + $250 Sign-On Bonus

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident's physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements for the Personal Care Assistant (PCA):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Experience in Senior Living preferred.
- Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer's) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience preferred.
