About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Lifecycle Lead to spearhead the strategic development of cell therapies for autoimmune diseases. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading one or more programs across the full product lifecycle, from early research and clinical development to commercial readiness and lifecycle management. This pivotal role demands a cross-functional leader with a proven track record in biologics and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical business model, particularly in a healthcare environment. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of driving integrated asset strategies, evaluating portfolio opportunities, and ensuring alignment across various teams to maximize program value and meet corporate objectives. Applicants must have a PhD or advanced degree with at least 10 years' experience in the bio/pharma industry, specifically as a program or lifecycle lead. The role requires a strong command of clinical data, experience with NDA and BLA filings, and a background in international drug development. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, solve problems, and achieve objectives in a resource-constrained environment. Key qualifications include the ability to manage stakeholders, drive global programs, and foster innovation within the team. The Executive Director will also be expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts constructively, and a strong tolerance for ambiguity with the agility to adapt to change.
