From greeting residents by name to assisting guests and vendors, the Concierge delivers warm, personalized service that enhances the active, engaging lifestyle our residents enjoy. THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE:

Monday - Friday from 10 am - 3 pm OR Monday - Friday from 12 pm - 5 pm. Requirements Essential Duties (Other duties may be assigned) Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Greet and assist residents and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Address basic resident requests and inquiries promptly and courteously Provide information about the property, local area, and available services Manage package deliveries, pickups, and notification Promote a positive and service-oriented atmosphere in the lobby and common areas Assist with community event logistics and communications Please note: This list is not intended to be all-inclusive, other job duties may apply. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma/GED, required Previous customer service experience preferred Tech Savvy, required Please Note: Where we call “Home” is a guarded space for all of us.
