The Auto Service also focuses on customer comfort by offering complimentary shuttle service and WiFi.Role Description The Automotive Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, and scheduled services, across multiple makes and models. The technician will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, complete suspension and general maintenance & repair work, and ensure all services meet safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include using diagnostic tools, documenting work performed, communicating clearly with service advisors, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The technician is expected to follow shop procedures, uphold customer service standards, and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused environment.QualificationsStrong skills andAbility to perform diagnostics and repairs for check engine, driveability and electrical issuesVehicle Maintenance and routine Maintenance & Repair tasks across various makes and models.Hands-on experience with Oil Changes and standard fluid services.Knowledge of Suspension systems and related repair and replacement procedures.Relevant technical training or certification in automotive technology; ASE certifications are a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern diagnostic equipment and repair software.Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to follow established procedures and documentation standards.Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with service advisors and other team members.Ability to lift and maneuver automotive parts and equipment as required and stand for extended periods.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insureable
