Outpatient Family Medicine Physician — Flexible FT + Sign-On (Oregon)

SSM Health is recruiting an outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join its clinic in Oregon, Wisconsin. The practice includes 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, with hours 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, and an option for 0.8–1.0 FTE.

Epic EMR is used to optimize efficiency, with a two-year salary guarantee and a generous sign-on bonus. The role involves 28–36 patient contact hours per week, and on-call is phone-based only, about one weeknight every 20–30 days and two weekends per year.
