Day shift Cath Lab technologist for Cath Lab at Level 1 trauma facility. Shift 7am-530pm 4 days/week. Weeknight and weekend call also required. Call back time of 30 minutes is required. Job Requirements

Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Completion of Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty with minimum 80% passing score. Completion of Ascension Core Competencies within a year of start updated every 3 years. Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination for Hepatitis B. Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer; if negative titer, administer two doses of MMR vaccine. Fit Test required for all travelers, preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite. Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement. Positive PPD requires Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire. Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter. Driver's License/State ID must not be expired and must match address on file. 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required with specific timing prior to start. Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or immunity; no declinations accepted. Valid Tdap within 10 years; no declinations accepted. Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start; updated annually for specialty. Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start; updated annually thereafter. Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start. Third-party employment verification for past seven years; updated annually. Schedule Information
