About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Role Summary

The mandate of the Fanatics Collectibles Pre-Press team is to translate card designs to accurate, error-free files that are ready for press. Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Production Coordinator who will manage the Prepress project schedules and remove impediments, to ensure all files, materials, and specifications are completed on time and ready for printing. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and technical software skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment are likely to align well with the company's culture.

In this role, you will...

• Act as the main point of contact between Prepress internal and external teams for all prepress-related inquiries and requests
• Ability to critically analyze information and situations to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
• Coordinate and prepare the Prepress scheduling tasks, including imagery, file preparation, proofing, and imposition to be distributed across the Prepress teams
• Collaborate with other project managers, prepress teams and establish job timelines, deliverables, and priorities understanding
• Review incoming digital files for accuracy and design ready completeness before print-ready PDF preparation begins
• Ensure that all jobs are processed according to the agreed-upon schedule and communicate any statutes to the teams accordingly
• Work with multiple Prepress teams to ensure that all corrections, and modifications are addressed and reprocessed accordingly to the specified timeline
• Maintain records of job specifications, revisions, and correspondence to ensure all project details are documented and accessible
• Assist in the development and improvement of prepress workflows, suggesting enhancements to streamline processes and reduce errors

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in prepress and print production management
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external teams and vendors
• Understanding of project management software
