Receiving Clerk – Forklift Operator Location: Westfield, MA Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team in Westfield, MA. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, organizing inventory, and safely moving materials throughout the facility using a forklift. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Verify quantities and materials against packing slips and purchase orders Enter receiving information into the company’s computer system Label and organize incoming materials Safely operate a forklift to unload trucks and move materials Stage materials in designated storage areas Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and purchasing teams regarding discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines Qualifications Previous forklift experience required Prior warehouse, receiving, or shipping experience preferred Ability to read packing slips, purchase orders, and other shipping documents Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move materials as required Dependable and able to work independently Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to workplace safety Compensation$20.00 per hour This is a great opportunity for someone with forklift and warehouse experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position with a strong team. #INDSpringfield#ZIPSpringfield #J-18808-Ljbffr
