Senior Product Manager

A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and innovation initiatives for a portfolio serving the grain industry across North America. This individual will be responsible for developing product roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, and driving cross-functional execution from concept through commercialization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. Gather and translate customer, market, and stakeholder insights into product requirements and development priorities. Lead products through the full lifecycle, including ideation, launch, enhancement, and retirement. Manage new product development initiatives and ensure successful commercialization. Partner with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive product success. Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support product positioning and future growth opportunities. Serve as a key internal advocate for both customer needs and business priorities. Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within industrial, agricultural, manufacturing, or engineered product environments. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Strong understanding of product development processes, lifecycle management, and market-driven innovation. Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
