CNC Machinist

Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: Cleveland, OH Employment Type: Fulltime Shift: 1st shift- 6:00am-2:30pm Pay: 25-35hr Based On Experience *Must have Resume* Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines) Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files Load programs, set tooling, and perform machine offsets Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and tolerances are met Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Adjust machine parameters to optimize efficiency and accuracy Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality teams Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred) Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and G-code Ability to read blueprints and GD&T Experience with precision measuring instruments Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with [specific machines: Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, Okuma, etc.] Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) Multi-axis machining experience Tooling and fixture setup experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to [XX] lbs Manual dexterity and attention to detail Minutemen Staffing provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr TempWorks Software Incorporated
