What You’ll Do

• Train, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals
• Manage performance, career progression, turnover, and hiring

• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth implementation
• Partner closely with the VP of Operations to manage daily operations in the Austin office
