Compensation

$31–$35/hr

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license in the state of Illinois

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Implement and progress treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative team
• Maintain a consistent and organized treatment schedule

Skills

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Ability to identify and address musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions
• Experience using modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation
• Familiarity with dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and cupping (preferred but not required)
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
