Now Hiring: QIDP / Program Director

Danville Services of Nevada | $46,000/year | Full-Time, Exempt

Make a difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities!
Danville Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated QIDP / Program Director to provide administrative leadership, oversee person-centered services, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote individuals’ rights, independence, and quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license or a qualifying bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• CPR, First Aid, and required state training, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license meeting company safety standards.

Preferred: Supervisory, quality assurance, and employee training experience.

This in-person position maintains regular business hours with flexibility based on the needs of the programs. Drivers must be at least 21 years old with at least 3 years of driving experience.
