On-site - San Juan, 5-10 years experience, Bachelor, Full-time Job Description Job Summary Seeking a skilled Service Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical maintenance teams. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring high service quality, safety, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide service technicians in daily maintenance and repair tasks. Plan, monitor, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Provide technical support and training to service staff. Review service reports and manage spare parts inventory. Communicate with clients and management on service progress and improvements. Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5+ years experience in maintenance supervision. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and diagnostic tools. Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proficient in maintenance planning and safety compliance. Other Requirements Willingness to travel for on-site training. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
