# Asset Manager - Real EstateVeritas PartnersAssociateReal EstateFull-timeLocationWashington, United StatesDate PostedMay 24, 2026RegionDistrict of ColumbiaStay ahead of the marketGet instant notifications when new job openings matching "Real Estate / Associate jobs in Washington, United States" are published.## About This RoleVeritas Partners is seeking a Real Estate Asset Manager (Associate level) to support operational, strategic, and investment decisions across a portfolio of real estate assets.Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and capital expenditure budgets- Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data- Lead conference calls and on-site meetings with property management partners- Conduct property site inspections and market tours- Create financial analyses including operating budgets, cash flow projections, and investment return calculations- Prepare memos for presentation to senior personnel- Coordinate due diligence review and closing process for transactions- Assist with arranging and closing debt financing- Present quarterly property performance to the entire firm- Work closely with property management teams to implement and manage business plansQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Property Management; 3-7 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management; strong Excel proficiency.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
