Talented Medical Solutions Contract In-Office | Sun City, AZ, United States Job Title Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Location Sun City, Arizona (Primary: Boswell Campus; Floating to Del Webb Campus as needed) Company Talented Medical Solutions Assignment Dates May 11, 2026 – August 8, 2026 Shift Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Dress Code Navy scrubs / Navy warm-up jacket Position Overview Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate PCU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Sun City, AZ. This role will primarily be based at the Boswell campus, with required floating to the Del Webb campus based on staffing needs. The ideal candidate is experienced in progressive care, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to individuals requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient status, responding promptly to changes Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards Float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or compact state) Minimum 2-3 years of recent PCU experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills Ability to adapt quickly to different units and teams Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Benefits Competitive compensation packages Supportive and responsive recruiting team Opportunity to work in top-tier healthcare facilities Flexible assignments to match your career goals #J-18808-Ljbffr TEEMA Solutions Group
