Consumer Experience Senior Product Designer This role must be located in the Boston area or Somerset County, NJ. Senior Consumer Experience (CX) Product Designer responsible for delivering world‑class user experiences for Sanofi products and ecosystem. Will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences, drive the future of the CX, collaborate across product design leads, research, product, and engineering partners, and cultivate a culture of user‑centric design. Core Design Capabilities Leverage existing design system while innovating within its framework; establish new responsive/reusable patterns when needed Strong accessibility awareness and inclusive design principles Proven ability to collaborate effectively across research, strategy, product, organizational needs, and design best practices Systems & Strategic Thinking Design comprehensive end‑to‑end flows with deep consideration for interconnectivity and holistic user experience across diverse user types Seamlessly join projects with validated low‑fidelity concepts and transition into collaborative working sessions to drive innovation before design sprints Specialized Experience Design trust, transparency, and human agency into AI features (natural language search, smart recommendations, assistance tools) aligned with broader strategic landscape Previous exposure to data platforms with solid understanding of data concepts and user workflows Expert‑level Figma/FigJam skills (Cursor experience a bonus—our dev team leverages this tool) Working Style Comfortable in agile environments, collaborative by nature, skilled at integrating stakeholder feedback into design iterations Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field; Master’s degree in relevant field a plus 5+ years of experience designing products Dynamic design portfolio that shows your design process and shipped products Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development process Product Design skills and Human‑Centered design methods in practice that meet user needs and business goals Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems in developing holistic solutions for product and its UX ecosystems Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools Knowledge and experience with Design Systems and various platform human interface guidelines: iOS, Android, LMS and connected platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize and organize to meet tasks and deadlines Experience sketching, concept creation and wireframing, producing IA, sitemaps and user flows, with tapable/clickable rapid design prototypes Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to listen, articulate positions and advocate designs Vibrant and engaging communicator who can present concepts and ideas to all levels of the company Familiarity with pharma/health technology is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Aquent
