To thrive as a Caregiver at Guardian Angel Senior Services, you should possess: Strong interpersonal skills Empathy A genuine passion for helping seniors Excellent communication skills, as you'll be interacting closely with clients and their families While prior experience or certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is beneficial, don't worry if you don't have these.
