Occupational Therapy Assistant

Join Encompass Health Corporation and contribute to a holistic, patient-first approach in one of our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, or within a community setting as part of our home health or hospice teams. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), you will work under the supervision of our licensed occupational therapists, assisting patients in recovering and improving their basic motor functions and reasoning abilities. You will help tailor rehabilitation activities to each patient's needs and capabilities and play a vital role in implementing personalized therapeutic interventions designed to regain independence.
