Barista

The Barista role supports daily coffee service in a busy Bronx setting by preparing espresso beverages, brewing drip coffee, and maintaining a clean, organized service area. Typical duties include taking customer orders, handling cash and card transactions, restocking milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, and following standard recipes for hot and cold drinks. The position also involves equipment cleaning, basic opening or closing tasks, and helping keep the counter and seating area presentable throughout the shift.
