Financial Technology Lead - (Hybrid - Manchester, CT) $110,000 - $135,000/year Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Financial Technology Lead to serve as a strategic partner to our Finance organization by driving technology adoption, AI innovation, and Treasury forecasting. This role combines financial expertise with emerging technologies to improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, you'll collaborate with Finance, IT, Learning & Development, and enterprise leaders to identify opportunities for automation, enhance financial reporting, and champion technology solutions that create measurable business value. Work Environment: Hybrid role with an expectation of working from the Corporate Office 1–2 days per week. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience supporting Finance, Treasury, Financial Systems, or Business Intelligence functions Demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve business processes Experience developing financial models, forecasting, and analyzing business performance Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar enterprise technologies Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Physical Demands Ability to work in a standard office environment. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working on a computer. Occasional travel to stores and regional meetings as business needs require.
