Marketing Manager
The Digital Future
Own social and strategic presence for some of the most consequential brands building in AI and Web3. Lead the narrative across channels, founders, and the rooms that shape the category. Socials and Strategic Presence, Owned End-to-End You will be working directly with some of the biggest brands building in AI and Web3. Founders, category leaders, and the operators shaping how these technologies meet the mainstream. The brief is not "post three times a week." The brief is to lead a narrative across every surface that matters — feed, stage, press, and pipeline. You will own social strategy, editorial calendars, and the strategic presence plan that decides where our clients show up and why. You will move between voices, audiences, and time zones without losing the thread. The work is fast, sharp, and visible. The Role What You Will Actually Do You will report directly to Michelle O'Connor, Founder of The Digital Future, and partner with client leadership across the active roster. Real ownership, real accounts, real editorial and strategic authority from day one. Strategic Presence Run social across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels for consumer and enterprise brands. Distinguish voice, cadence, and format between a founder thought‑leadership feed and a category‑defining enterprise account. Build and run editorial calendars across multiple client accounts. Map narratives to product moments, policy beats, and ecosystem events. Keep the pipeline organized, accountable, and always two weeks ahead. Creative Direction Concept and brief original creative: short‑form video, carousels, graphics, founder content. Work with designers and editors. You bring the idea before you brief the asset. This is not template work. Measurement & Iteration Track what is working across audiences and tighten the loop fast. Translate signal into the next sprint of content and presence. Reporting that tells a story, not a screenshot of analytics. Community & Founder Positioning Build presence inside the AI and Web3 conversations that matter. Position founders as voices in their category and engage investors and operators with judgment and brand fluency. You Who You Are You have 3 to 5 years running marketing and social for both consumer and enterprise brands. You have built editorial calendars and presence plans from scratch, defended them, and revised them under pressure. You are comfortable working to a timeline and equally comfortable rewriting it when the news cycle moves. You think in narrative, not posts. You bring concepts, not just captions. You know which stage, podcast, or publication actually moves the category, and you can make a case for it. You read the AI and Web3 space because it interests you, not because it is on a brief. This works fractionally and can grow into a full‑time engagement. What it becomes depends on what you bring.
