PSAE-Skilled Production Workers

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking Skilled Production Workers to join their team. As a Skilled Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Skilled Production Workers - Multiple Shifts

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $17 - $22 BOE

Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd

What's the Job?

• Perform testing and quality checks on production components and assemblies
• Prepare and paint surfaces using various painting techniques
• Apply powder coating and sandblasting to ensure durability and finish quality
• Operate decaling equipment to apply labels and markings accurately
• Assist in assembly and electrical work as needed to support production goals

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
