Product Manager, People Resource Planning (PRP)

The Product Management team is tasked with articulation of the vision and leading the execution and implementation of company's next generation global Digital and Data infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full S&T agenda, leading all Digital and Data product road mapped initiatives, and is intended to manifest as components of a Data/Digital platform which enable all business functions at Global scale. The Product Manager, People Resource Planning (PRP), will lead the day-to-day activities across the cross-functional teams including end users, data vendors, internal data partnerships team, as well as data science and data engineering. Focusing on one of the People Resource Planning (PRP), this role will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of strategic vision, refining product roadmaps, setting product requirements, orchestrating PI planning, and communicating risks and potential solutions to product leadership. Given the complexities of developing global data products, and the priority placed on it by the business, this role will require a high degree of adroitness navigating and assessing markets of all sizes and crafting solutions that are scalable – all while keeping the projects on track.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities in organizational processes.
• Supporting product sales or other product goals established.
• Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
• End to end team output strategy from inception to production.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products alignment with value streams.
• Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
• Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Maintain a backlog of 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
• Works closely with CPO to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
• Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.

• Asks for and understands performance expectations regarding the tasks they are assigned.
• Is aware of the performance level of the deployed solutions.
• Technical Tutoring: Identifies personal gaps and communicates them to leaders for support.
• Is diligent in the search for knowledge and actively works to close identified gaps.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $37.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
