Our team is known for exceptional patient care, strong clinical collaboration, and a highly organized, team-based environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Medical Assistant to support our physicians and nurses in an outpatient procedural setting.Our MAs work in a highly specialized outpatient procedural setting and support physicians and nurses across pre-procedure, intra-procedure support, and post-procedure recovery workflows.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, enjoys hands-on clinical work, and thrives in a team-based procedural environment with clearly defined scope and expectations.Core ResponsibilitiesClinical & Patient SupportAssist nursing staff with patient preparation and post-procedure recoveryPerform triage tasks within scope and escalate concerns promptlyReinforce patient education and discharge instructionsPrepare rooms and patients for proceduresProcedure Lab Support (Non-Scrub Role)Provide hands-on support to physicians and nurses during outpatient proceduresAssist with patient positioning and comfortHelp with room setup and turnover between casesMaintain procedural supplies and equipment readinessBack up procedural images and support documentation workflowAdministrative & Operational SupportEnter accurate information into the EMRAssist with clinical paperwork (including FMLA forms)Answer and triage patient phone calls with the clinical teamTrack and restock inventorySupport daily clinic operations as neededQualificationsMedical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience preferredExperience in procedural, surgical, IR, Cath Lab, PACU, or specialty settings is a plusDetail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsDependable and professional demeanorSchedule & BenefitsFull-time weekday scheduleNo nights, weekends, or on-call shiftsCompetitive pay with bonus opportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidaysEmployer-contributed medical benefitsDental and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchSupportive, collaborative team cultureEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, age, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
