Job Description: Position: Registered Nurse (Hospice) Location: Roanoke, VA Coverage: Travel within a 60-mile radius Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,220/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)* Plus Mileage reimbursement Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 Job Responsibilities: Assess patients and develop individualized hospice care plans focused on comfort and quality of life. Administer medications and manage pain and other end-of-life symptoms. Educate and support patients and families regarding hospice care and disease progression. Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospice regulations.
