Contingent Workforce Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Contingent Workforce Specialist in Coppell, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle, including vendor coordination, onboarding, assignment management, and offboarding activities
* Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and staffing suppliers
* Coordinate workforce requests and support sourcing activities across multiple business teams
* Facilitate contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and renewing agreements
* Monitor supplier performance, compliance, service delivery, and program effectiveness
* Develop and maintain vendor relationships to drive operational efficiency and business bjectives
* Track program activities, metrics, and reporting to support workforce planning and decision-making
* Support issue resolution, escalations, and corrective action efforts with internal and external partners
* Manage shared communications channels and ensure timely responses to stakeholder inquiries
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and program performance

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working with a Vendor Management System (VMS) or contingent workforce platform
* Experience supporting contingent workforce, staffing, recruiting, procurement, or vendor management programs
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience coordinating contracts, statements of work (SOWs), or vendor agreements
* Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new processes and responsibilities
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Experience managing shared inboxes, communications, and workflow tracking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and follow-up skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
