Talent Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead hiring and onboarding activities
- Develop employee training and development programs
- Partner with managers to address staffing and performance needs
- Support succession planning and leadership development
- Track HR metrics and recommend improvements
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR or talent management experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
