Life Insurance Specialist

Chris Tighe‒State Farm Agent in West Palm Beach is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Life Insurance Specialist. Focused on customer‑oriented service, you will market best Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families, growing your income through targeted conversations and exceptional customer experience. Must have an active Life and Health insurance license to be considered. Responsibilities Sell Medicare, Life and Health insurance policies to new and existing clients. Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients. Assist clients with claims and policy changes. Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long‑term trust. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Compensation Base salary plus bonus and commission. Growth potential and opportunity for advancement. Qualifications Florida 2–15 insurance license (required). Florida 2–20 or 4–40 insurance license (must have or be able to obtain). Prior State Farm experience preferred. Sales experience in Life and Health insurance preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency with insurance agency software.
