Overview

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Fine Dining Bartender to join our team! As a Fine Dining Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. If you are someone who loves interacting with people, is knowledgeable about a wide range of drinks, and is committed to delivering exceptional service, then we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of serving experience in a luxury, upscale, or fine dining restaurant required
• Experience in restaurants with average guest checks exceeding $100 per person preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic service standards, wine service, and fine dining etiquette
• Ability to confidently discuss drink ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and spirits
• Experience working alongside sommeliers and culinary teams in a high-volume fine dining environment
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating repeat clientele
• Professional appearance, polished communication skills, and strong attention to detail
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
