Vice President of People

To support rapid growth in a remote environment, the full-time Vice President of People will manage the development of scalable HR systems, oversee talent acquisition, and ensure the culture can be maintained as the organization expands. Key responsibilities Help lay the infrastructure for HR processes to support headcount growth over the next five years Transform HR processes into auditable, scalable systems with defined KPIs Collaborate with hiring managers to source and screen exceptional talent efficiently Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in People Ops/HR, preferably in a startup environment Experience leading People Ops for a company with a front-line, home-based workforce Strong leadership and decision-making skills Recent experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on attitude Experience in healthcare or mission-driven organizations is a plus
