Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness ensure that each guest room is refreshed, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards. Through your daily efforts, you help create a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment that reflects the property's dedication to quality and service. Your role not only supports smooth daily operations but also plays a vital part in upholding the property's reputation and guest satisfaction.Job Description:Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureLoad and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shiftClean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenitiesReplace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furnitureAccurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest roomsEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsAt least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferredAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentRequirementsAt least 18 Years of AgeAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNonePhysical RequirementsFrequently push/pull up to 70lbsFrequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsFrequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, and twistConstantly standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityAbility to ascend and descend stairsWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorSmokyNoisySlippery surfacesExposure to dust, fumes, and/or gasesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
