MS Step-Down Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

12-hour Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM

Job Description

The MS Step-Down Registered Nurse provides high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a step-down/telemetry setting. The RN will be responsible for monitoring and managing patient care, providing education, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care in a step-down environment
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-2 years of step-down/telemetry nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Active RN license
